Services Overview: DesignSynq provides professional web design, website development, SEO optimization, website maintenance, and related digital solutions. Specific project details, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined and agreed upon in separate contracts for each client.
Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information, content, and materials required for their project.
- Communicate promptly regarding approvals, revisions, or any project-related feedback.
- Pay fees in accordance with agreed-upon payment terms.
Payment Terms: A deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment is typically due upon project completion and before final delivery. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services. Refunds, if any, will be handled on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of DesignSynq.
Intellectual Property: All designs, templates, code, and graphics remain the property of DesignSynq until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, clients are granted ownership and rights to the final delivered project. DesignSynq retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.
Limitation of Liability: DesignSynq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We are not responsible for downtime, loss of data, or technical issues beyond our control. We are also not liable for any third-party services or software integrated into the client’s project.
Privacy and Data Use: We respect your privacy. Any personal or project information you provide will be used solely for communication and service delivery. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Termination: DesignSynq reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if clients fail to meet their obligations, including non-payment or failure to provide necessary project materials.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services will be resolved under Ghanaian jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms: DesignSynq may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
